An alumnus of M P Shah Medical College (Jamnagar), Dr. Mishra has obtained MBBS and MD (General Medicine) from the given institution. This was followed by DNB qualification from Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre (Mumbai) to acquire the desired competency in his speciality field. During the course of his career, Dr. Mishra has served in several reputed medical institutions such as Gondhiya Hospital, G B Pant Hospital (Delhi), Goyal Hospital (New Delhi), Kasturba Hospital (Delhi), Vikramjyoth Hospital (Mysore) and Jindal Hospital (Hisar), prior to his present position.
Dr. Mishra is highly proficient in all types of luminal, hepatic and pancreatobiliary cases. He is extremely adept in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. Dr. Mishra is well-trained in Paediatric Hepatology and Liver Transplant procedures. He possesses skills in Percutaneous liver biopsy and Gastrostomy feeding tube placements together with wide exposure in management of chronic liver diseases, including pre-transplant and post-transplant care, Hepatitis B and C therapy, etc. Moreover, Dr. Mishra has also extended his services towards patient counselling and training subordinates in protocol-based management of cases.
